Safety and emergencies

What to do when you feel unsafe, need urgent help, or want to report a safety concern.

If there is immediate danger

Move to a safe, public place if you can and contact the appropriate emergency service. Parrole support cannot replace emergency responders.

When it is safe, open the relevant ride in the app and tap Get Help with this Ride. Include only the details needed to understand what happened.

Confirm the driver, vehicle model, colour and plate number shown in the app. Do not enter a vehicle whose details do not match.

Drivers should also confirm the rider name shown for the accepted ride before starting the trip.
